Alongside formal training, Summit Sports Clinic is built on a lifetime in sport — playing and coaching hurling, Gaelic football, and soccer across multiple clubs. I hold multiple FAI & GAA coaching qualifications to National Licence Grade.

Years of ultra-distance training and racing, including MIUT, EcoTrail, and the Swiss Alps 100. Two surgeries and a long personal rehabilitation journey shaped the hands-on, evidence-based approach behind every session here.
