Services Offered
Injury Treatment & Rehabilitation
Hands-on treatment to assess what's wrong and get you moving properly again. Treat the injury, rebuild the athlete.
Injury assessment — working out exactly what's going on and why
Deep tissue release work(Neuromuscular Technique / Soft Tissue Release) — hands-on treatment to release tight, overworked muscle
Muscle balancing technique(Muscle Energy Technique) — using your own muscle contractions to restore normal movement
Connective tissue massage — targeted massage for chronic tension and scar tissue
Assisted stretching(PNF) — stretching with resistance to improve flexibility faster than stretching alone
Rehab exercises & stretching plans — a structured plan to rebuild strength and movement after injury
Trigger-point release(Positional Release / Strain-Counterstrain) — gentle technique to release deep muscle knots
Sports taping & strapping — support for joints and muscles during play or recovery
Kinesiology taping — the flexible coloured tape used for support without restricting movement
Dry cupping — suction therapy to loosen tight muscle and improve blood flow
Hot & cold therapy(Cryotherapy & Thermotherapy) — ice and heat treatment to manage pain and swelling
Return-to-play packages — structured, multi-session plans to bridge you from "cleared to train" back to full match fitness (e.g. after an ACL or hamstring injury)
Prehab — Stopping Injuries Before They Happen
A movement check-up that spots problems before they turn into an injury.
Movement screening — a full-body check for weak points, tightness, or imbalances
Spotting compensation patterns — identifying how your body's "cheating" to work around an old niggle
Corrective exercises — targeted moves to fix what the screening finds
Sports Massage
Massage built around performance and recovery.
Pre-event massage — a shorter, activating massage before competing
Post-event massage — helping muscles recover after a match or race
Maintenance massage — regular sessions to stay ahead of tightness and niggles
Recovery therapy — percussion massage gun and compression therapy for faster recovery
On-site match/race-day support — available pitch-side or at events by arrangement
Sports Psychology, Goal Setting & Attainment
The head is part of the athlete. Setting goals you'll actually hit, holding your nerve on the day, and staying sane through injury.
Goal setting & season planning — turning a vague ambition into a specific, sequenced target with checkpoints along the way
Race & match day routines — building a repeatable pre-competition routine so the biggest day isn't the least familiar one
Mental skills coaching — training the head like you train the body. Visualisation, self-talk, focus and nerve control, built into a plan and rehearsed so you do yourself justice and perform on the biggest day of the season
Mindset through injury & rehab — staying motivated and level through the weeks between the injury and the return
Habit & accountability coaching — regular check-ins to keep the plan on the road when motivation dips
One-to-one performance reviews — an honest look back at a season or a race build-up, and what to change for the next one
Club & team workshops — group sessions on goal setting, team culture and preparing properly for a season
Strength & Conditioning
Building the strength and resilience that stops the same injury coming back — and makes you better than you were before it.
One-to-one strength training — coached sessions built around your body, your sport and where you're starting from
Event & season programming — training plans built backwards from your target, whether that's a championship season, a race date or a return-to-sport deadline
Injury-prevention programmes — targeted work on the specific weaknesses that put you at risk, rather than generic gym programming
GAA-specific conditioning — strength, power and repeat-sprint work built for the demands of the game
Strength for runners — running-specific strength work, the piece most runners skip and most running injuries trace back to
Speed & agility — acceleration, deceleration and change of direction
Youth athletic development — long-term development for younger athletes, built around growth and training age rather than adult programmes scaled down
Training load & recovery balance — managing training load against recovery so you arrive at the start line fresh rather than cooked
Running, Ultra & Trail Coaching
Structured coaching from a first 5k to a hundred-mile finish, written by someone who's done the distance.
Beginner to runner — getting from nothing to running comfortably, without the injuries that end most people's first attempt
5k & 10k plans — structured blocks for a specific target time or a first race
Half marathon & marathon plans — full build-ups with the strength and fuelling work built in, not bolted on
Trail & ultra plans — distance-specific training including back-to-back long runs and vert
Custom race build-up blocks — a plan written for one specific race, working backwards from the date
Route recon & pacing strategy — course analysis and a realistic pacing plan for the race you're actually running
Heat adaptation & fuelling — race-day fuelling and hydration strategy, and heat prep where the event needs it
Ongoing coaching retainer — a continuing coaching relationship with regular check-ins and plan adjustments across a season
