Services Offered

Sports Injury Treatment & Rehabilitation

Working out what's actually wrong, treating it properly, and getting you back to full training — not just out of pain.

  • Injury assessment — a full look at what's going on and why it happened, not just where it hurts

  • Hands-on treatment — soft tissue and manual therapy work, including deep tissue release, muscle balancing, trigger point release, assisted stretching, connective tissue work and dry cupping

  • Rehab programming — a structured plan to rebuild strength and movement after injury, progressed session by session rather than handed over as a sheet of exercises

  • Return-to-play packages — multi-session plans bridging the gap between "cleared to train" and genuinely match-fit, built around specific injuries such as post-ACL, post-hamstring and post-ankle

  • Taping & strapping — rigid and kinesiology taping for support during play or through recovery

  • Match & race day support — pitch-side or event-day cover, by arrangement

Rebuild — Stronger Than Before

Treatment gets you out of pain. This gets you back to full strength — and stronger than before the injury.

  • Return-to-sport strength — progressive strength work that bridges the gap from "cleared to train" to genuinely match-fit

  • Rebuilding the injured area — targeted strengthening of the muscle, joint or tendon that let you down, so it holds next time

  • Movement correction — fixing the faulty patterns that caused the injury, not just the symptom

  • Return-to-running progression — a staged plan back to full training load without re-injury

Prehab — Stopping Injuries Before They Happen

A movement check-up that spots problems before they turn into an injury.

  • Movement screening — a full-body check for weak points, tightness or imbalances

  • Spotting compensation patterns — identifying how your body's "cheating" to work around an old niggle

  • Corrective exercises — targeted moves to fix what the screening finds

Sports Massage

Massage built around performance and recovery.

  • Pre-event massage — a shorter, activating massage before competing

  • Post-event massage — helping muscles recover after a match or race

  • Maintenance massage — regular sessions to stay ahead of tightness and niggles

  • Recovery therapy — percussion massage gun and compression therapy for faster recovery

  • On-site match/race-day support — available pitch-side or at events by arrangement

Sports Psychology

Practical mental skills for training and competition — the same preparation top athletes use, worked into how you already train.

  • Getting your head right on the day — a routine for the build-up to a match or race, so the big day feels the same as any other

  • Handling nerves — settling yourself when you're wound up, lifting yourself when you're flat, and knowing which one you need

  • After a mistake — getting back to the job quickly instead of dwelling on it, in a game or a race

  • Confidence — where it comes from, and getting it back after a bad result or a run of them

  • Staying with it through injury — keeping your head right through the weeks on the sideline, so you come back ready rather than rusty

Goal Setting & Attainment

A structured session that turns a goal into a written plan — and a schedule of reviews to keep you at it.

  • The goal — one goal, set down properly: what it is, how you'll know you've hit it, and by when

  • Why it matters — what's actually driving it, because that's what keeps you going when the plan gets hard in February

  • The plan — the goal worked back into weekly actions you control, with an honest look at what has to give to make room for it

  • When it goes wrong — deciding in advance what you do about injury, a bad result or a flat spell, before you're in the middle of one

  • Reviews — check-in dates set from the start, to see what's working and what's slipped

Performance Analysis

Live match analysis and post-game video review for teams — turning what happened on the pitch into what to work on.

  • In-game analysis — live stats and patterns fed to management during the match

  • Post-match video breakdown — clips cut by player and by theme

  • Opposition analysis

  • Written match reports

  • Review sessions with management

Endurance Performance Planning

Structured plans from a first 5k to Ultra.

  • Beginner to runner — getting from nothing to running comfortably, without the injuries that end most people's first attempt

  • 5k & 10k plans — structured blocks for a specific target time or a first race

  • Half marathon & marathon plans — full build-ups with the strength and fuelling work built in, not bolted on

  • Trail & ultra plans — distance-specific training including back-to-back long runs and vert

  • Custom race build-up blocks — a plan written for one specific race, working backwards from the date

  • Route recon & pacing strategy — course analysis and a realistic pacing plan for the race you're actually running

  • Heat adaptation & fuelling — race-day fuelling and hydration strategy, and heat prep where the event needs it
